Information Before Your Visit

General Information

Tickets can be purchased exclusively through the Clore Garden of Science website.
When booking, you must select the exact date and time of your visit.
Every visitor requires a ticket, regardless of age.
Children up to age 5 enter free of charge, but a ticket priced at 0 ₪ must still be reserved for them.
Group Reservations:
For groups of more than 15 participants, please contact the Customer Service Center at 08-9378300.

Safety Instructions and Garden of Science Regulations
Please note: the Garden of Science is an open-air museum and is therefore subject to weather conditions. Some exhibits may be unavailable during rain, strong winds, or other environmental factors.

Privacy Policy:
The Davidson Institute and/or the Weizmann Institute of Science may use data collected during activities for educational, scientific, statistical, and marketing purposes. No personally identifiable information  will be collected.

  • Enter the Weizmann Institute campus and park in the multi-level “Garden of Science 1” parking lot.

  • Parking is free. 
  • Accessible parking is available for vehicles displaying a valid disability permit.

To the Garden of Science (Weizmann Institute main gate):

  • From the south: Egged lines 301, 201, 204, 274, 164, 28, 26, 439, 16 | Other lines: 377, 371, 37

  • From the north: Egged lines 301, 201, 274, 164, 277, 26, 204
  • Take any train heading to Rehovot – get off at the “Hadar״ train station.
  • Exit from the north side of the station and take Egged line 12 to the Ahuzat HaNasi stop (Davidson Gate).
  • Continue on foot to the Garden of Science.

Parking

Search in Waze/Google Maps for “Garden of Science Parking” or “Gan HaNadiv Parking, Rehovot.” Parking is free. Accessible parking is available in the designated lot opposite the Garden of Science and requires a valid disability parking permit.

Accessibility

The complex includes designated parking spaces for individuals with disabilities, accessible pathways, entrances, accessible restrooms, and elevators. For more details, see the FAQ page. Accessible parking is available in a designated lot opposite the Garden of Science. A disability parking permit must be displayed.

Protected Shelter

In the Garden of Science laboratory building, there is a standard protected shelter on the 1st floor. In the Duck Complex, there is a standard protected shelter in the preparation room. Laboratories 3 and 4 are designated as secondary shelters. A standard protected shelter is located on the 1st floor of the Garden of Science laboratory building. In the Barvaz Complex, a standard protected shelter can be found in the preparation room. Laboratories 3 and 4 are designated as secondary shelters.

Café / Shop

A snack bar operates during the Garden’s opening hours, including Saturdays. Please note: the snack bar does not hold a kosher certificate.

Storage Lockers

Lockers with code locks are available on the lower floor of the building.

Drone Use

Operating drones or photographing with drones is strictly prohibited in the Garden of Science.

Photography in the Science Garden

Photography in the Garden of Science is permitted for personal use only. Commercial photography requires prior written approval.
